Robert T. Lewis is Vice-President of Sales & Marketing and Chief Legal Officer for Crowe Paradis Services Corporation, and is one of the leading Medicare Set Aside attorneys in the country. Rob has been at the forefront of this emerging area of the law and for his accomplishments was selected by the New Jersey Law Journal as one of the “Top 40 lawyers under the age of 40” in 2004 and selected as a “Super Lawyer” in 2008. He is a founding member and President of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP) and chairman for the Defense Research Institutes (DRI) Medicare compliance committee.

Mr. Lewis is also a nationally recognized speaker on MSP Compliance and has presented before such prestigious organizations as: The American Insurance Association, The American Trial Lawyers Association, The New York Claims Association, The University of Mississippi, The University of Florida, The American Inn of Court Program, The Judges of the New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation, Lorman Education Services, Council on Education in Management, and MediPro Seminars, LLC. In addition to these educational programs, Mr. Lewis has also assisted in training and protocol development for a number of top insurance carriers, third party administrators, and self-insured’s nationwide. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, North Carolina and by the United States Supreme Court.
